RESOLUTION 95-024 <br /> <br />All future major park improvements located in the South Main <br />Street Redevelopment Project Area shall be reviewed through <br />the City's Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />Liqht and Glare <br /> <br />The additional development that is anticipated to occur within the <br />Project Area would increase the amount of both light and glare in <br />the immediate vicinity of each project. <br /> <br />Mitiuation Measures <br /> <br />All future projects shall be reviewed by th~ City for <br />potential light and glare impacts prior to proje.ct approval or <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />~esthetics <br /> <br />Some of the additional development that is anticipated to occur <br />within the Project Area could have individual aesthetic impacts. <br /> <br />Mitiuation Measures <br /> <br />All proposed development projects within the Project Area <br />shall undergo site plan and design review by the Planning <br />Division for evaluation of potential aesthetic impacts prior <br />to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES TO THE PROPOSED PROJECT <br /> <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15126(b) requires a discussion of. <br />reasonable alternatives to the proposed project or to the location <br /> <br />of the project.. An EIR need not consider an alternative whose <br />implementation is remote or speculative (see Residents Ad Hoc <br />Stadium Committee vs. Board of Trustees (1979) 89 Cal.
