Future drainage <br />improvements shall be made <br />in accordance with the <br />City's Drainage Master <br />Plan. <br /> <br />2. Ail projects, when <br />applicable, shall acquire <br />all necessary permits and <br />approvals from Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB) and incorporate all <br />applicable Best Management <br />Practices into the project <br />to reduce runoff <br />sedimentation. <br /> <br />3.
