In addition, it shall meet the following conditions~ <br /> <br />Ao D V 0 <br /> <br />Submit elevations of the remote order booth prior to submittal of plans <br />into building plan check. <br /> <br />Provide flowering vines on the trash enclosure walls in order to reduce <br />graffiti. <br /> <br />Prior to obtaining building permitm, submit two copies of the <br />landscaping and access and egress easements to the Planning Division <br />for review. <br /> <br />Maintain the landscaped easement along the south property line for a <br />period of one year. <br /> <br />Submit two copies of the recorded access and egress easements to the <br />Planning Division prior to certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit will be reviewed by the Planning Commission <br />in 12 months to determine compliance with the prescribed conditions. <br /> <br />Police Department <br /> <br />Provide a secured cover on top of the trash enclosure as approved by <br />the Police Department. <br /> <br />2. No exterior pay phones will be allowed. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed by the Police Department <br />after issuance: at six months and one year, and shall thereafter be <br />reviewed annually for any modification to the conditions of approval. <br />These modificati6ns may include restrictions on the hours of operation <br />of the drive-thru. <br /> <br />C. Public Works Aaane¥ <br /> <br />Prio~ to submitting plans into Building Plan Check, complete the following: <br /> <br />Revise the site plan to depict and dimension a new 10 foot wide <br />sidewalk to be constructed on Main Street, including the area south of <br />the proposed driveway. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />
