BID CALL - PROJECT C-82 It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded <br /> by Councilm-n Schlueter and carried, that <br /> Council approve plans and specifications and <br /> authorize the proper authority to advertise <br />for bids for the widening of Newhope Street and Hazard Avenue and construction <br />of footbridge, parking lots, and drainage facilities at Rosita Park, with bids <br />to be opened on February 12, 1963. <br /> <br />BID C~T,L - WAT~ VALVES <br /> <br />for the water system, with bids to <br /> <br />0n motion of Councilmau Hubbard, seconded <br />by Councilm-u Schlueter and carried, <br />Council authorized the proper authority to <br />advertise for bids for "butterfly valves" <br />be opened on February 12, 1963. <br /> <br />CLAIM FOR INJURIES - On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded <br />TRUDEAU by Councilman Brewer, and carried, Council <br /> referred to the City Attorney and Imsurance <br /> Carrier, claim filed by Mrs. Irene Trudeau, <br />922 Townsend, Apartment 5, as a result of alleged injury to right foot after <br />stepping into broken curbing. <br /> <br />BOND RELEASE - TRACT 3915 Acting on the certification of the Public <br /> Works Director that improvements had been <br /> satisfactorily completed, it was moved by <br /> Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Coun~flm~u <br />Schlueter and carried, that the Council approve release of the bonds filed <br />for Tract 3915. <br /> <br />SIDEWALK REQUIRemENTS - <br />MICRO PRECISION <br /> <br />merits at 3131 West SegerstromRoad <br /> <br />On motion of Councilm-~ Brewer, seconded <br />by Councilman Hubbard and carried, <br />Council denied the request of Fred W. <br />Sage, Jr. for waiver of sidewalk require- <br />for the Micromatic Hone Corporation. <br /> <br /> SURPLUS PROPERTY <br />~1005 West 6th Street <br /> <br />Street to be surplus property, and <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded <br />by Councilman Brewer, and carried, Council <br />approved adoption of a Minute Order declar- <br />ing the house and garage at 1OO5 West 6th <br />authorizing its disposal. <br /> <br />E~IVEWAY APPROACHES - <br />FIRST <br /> <br />quest of Mr. and Mrs. Walters <br />W.
