SALE OF PROP~TY - FAIRVIEW STR~u' Council received a report from the City Manager relative to surplus real property on west side of Fairview Street, north of Fifth Street. It was moved by Councilm~u Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Gilmore and unani- mously carried, that Council receive and order filed the Manager's report, find and determine that the property described therein can have real value only to the owner of adjoining property and could be used by other persons only for the purpose of nuisance value to the adjoining land, and authorize direct negotiations with the adjoining land owner. MERIT SALARY INCREASES On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilm-n Gilmore and carried, Council approved merit salary increases recommended in the City Manager's report dated January 15, 1963. JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND SALARIES Crime Lab Assistant. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter, and carried, Council approved Job specifications for Museum Technician, Painting Foreman, and RESOLUTION NO. 63-16 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THREE CLASS TITLES AND ASSIGN SCHEDULE NUMBERSANDTO CHANGE AN EXISTING CLASS TITLE was introduced by title. It mas moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter that further reading be waived and Resolution No. 63-16 be adopted. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councllm-n Schlueter and carried, that Council approve Tract Map 4767, accept the dedica- tions thereon, and authorize execution of the subdivision agreement. FINAL MAP - TRACT 4~02 Final Map for Tract 4402, creating 89 lots north and east of Raitt and Warner, was filed by Security Fore Corporation. It was moved by Councilm-u Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, that Council approve Tract Map 4~02, accept the dedications thereon, and authorize execution of the subdivision agreement. · FINAL MAP - TRACT 4606 Final Map for Tract 4606, creating 72 lots north and east of Raitt and Warner was filed by Security Fore Corporation. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilm-u Scblueter and carried, that Council approve Tract Map 4606, accept the dedications thereon, and authorize execution of the subdivision agreement. STREET IMPROVEMENTS - On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by MAR LESS WEST Councilman Gilmore and unanimously carried, the Council approved the waiver of street improvements at 1201 Mar Less West required as a condition of approval of a Record of Survey map in December, 1959, filed by Charline Watson.
