RESOLUTION 95-060 <br /> <br />Agency and Public Works Agency will determine the need for a measure to be modified and <br />ensure the use of a' mitigation specialist if technical expertise beyond the monitor's ability is <br />required. If it is found that an adopted mitigation measure is not being properly implemented, <br />the designated monitors shall require corrective actions to ensure adequate implementation. <br /> <br />EARTH RESOURCES <br /> <br />To reduce run-offduring rainy periods, desiltation devices such as sandbags shall <br />be placed in areas of the project sites to eliminate discharge of soil laden waters <br />from the project sites onto other City streets or into storm drains. <br /> <br />-Responsible for Implementation: City of Santa Ana, Public Works Agency <br /> <br />-Monitoring Phases: <br /> <br />-Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />-Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />During construction <br /> <br />Site Inspections <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br />Care will be taken during watering for dust control to ensure that silt laden water <br />does not runoff the project site onto other City streets or into storm drains.
