RECORD OF SURVEY296 On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Brewer, and <br /> carried, Council approved Record <br /> of Survey 296 filed by Jack A. Eisen <br />to create two lots on the southeast corner of Newhope and Regent Drive, subject <br />to the conditions outlined in the Pl-nningDirector's report dated january 30, <br />19 3. <br /> <br />BUSINESS LICENSE FEES It was moved by Councilm~n Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br /> and carried, that the request for <br /> review of business license fees <br />for auto dealers submitted by Rex G. Reason, 909 N. Grand Avenue, be referred <br />to the City Manager for investigation and report. <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> <br />house and garage on Ediager, and authorized <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Brewer, <br />seconded by Councilman Hubbard <br />and carried, Council declared as <br />surplus personal property one <br />disposal thereof° <br /> <br />BID CALL - PROJECT T-3 <br /> <br />bids for traffic signals at Seventeenth and <br />Bolsa and Euclid, Fourth and Tustin, Harbor <br />Fifth; bids to be opened March 12, 1963. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br />and carried, Council granted <br />authorization to advertise for <br />Santiago, Seventeenth and Bristol, <br />and Talbert, and Fairview and <br /> <br />BOND RELEASE Acting on the recommendation of <br />TRACT 4559 the Public Works Director, it <br /> was moved by Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br />and carried, that the Council approve release of bond filed for Tract 4559 <br />by Tri-Con Development Company. <br /> <br />DANCE P~4IT On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br /> and carried~ Council granted per- <br /> mission for ~he Parents Guild, <br />School of Our Lady of Guadalupe, to hold a dance from 8:00 p.mo to 12:00 pom. <br />on February 9, 1963 at 1532 E. Chestnut. <br /> <br />ACTING CITY MANAGER On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br /> and carried, Council received <br /> and approved a report from the <br />City Manager designating the Director of Public Works as Acting City Manager <br />February 13 through 15, 1963, during City Manager's Spring Meeting in <br />Monterey, California. <br /> <br />MAYORS CON~'~HENCE On motion of Counci]m~u Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br /> and carried, Council authorized <br /> attendance of the Mayor at the <br />U.
