372 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-007 <br />PaGe 6 <br /> <br /> "Except for employees employed in the classification of Fire <br />Battalion Chief (MM), there is hereby established a performance <br />based evaluation system for officers and employees employed in <br />classes herein designated as unrepresented Executive Management <br />(EM) or Middle-Management (MM), the provisions of which are set <br />forth herein below." <br /> <br />3. That except as amended by this Resolution, all other <br />provisions of Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 91-066, as amended, shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4.
