RESOLUTION NO. 96-007 Page 5 i. That Subsection 6.7 is hereby amended to add the following new second paragraph: "6.7 Paid Holiday Time Off. Personnel in the classification of Fire Battalion Chief (MM) assigned to the 24 hour work shift schedule shall be entitled to receive twelve (12) working days off during the calendar year in lieu of holiday benefits. Employees in this classification will be given an option once per calendar year to receive cash compensation computed on a straight time basis in lieu of all or part of their holiday leave benefit." jo That Subsection 6.11 is hereby amended by adding the following new second paragraph: "6.11 Payment for Unused Sick Leave. A lump sum payment shall be made to the beneficiaries of the current (as of November 1, 1995) employee in the classification of Fire Battalion Chief (MM), whose death occurs while such employee is an active employee of the City. Such payments are to be equal to what would be credited to the employee's account at the time of his or her death and at the rate of pay effective on the date of death." k. That Section 6 Employee Benefits, as amended, is hereby further amended to add a new Subsection 14 to read as follows: "6.14 Industrial Leave. Employees hired after July 1, 1987 in the classification of Fire Battalion Chief (MM) will not have an option to defer his or her disability retirement date until after all accrued sick leave has been exhausted. Such employees, however, shall be able to receive a lump sum cash payment for any unused sick leave as provided to other represented units and as specified in Subsection 6.11 of this resolution." 1. That Section 6. Employee Benefits, as amended, is hereby further amended to add a new Subsection 20 to read as follows: "6.20 Catastrophic Leave Donation. Affected employees shall be eligible to donate and receive catastrophic leave donations as provided to other represented "miscellaneous" general service employees." m. That the first paragraph of Section 7. Manaqement Performance Based Evaluation System is hereby amended to read as follows:
