Conditional Use Permit No. <br />February 20, 1996 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />95-30 <br /> <br />Findinqs <br /> <br />Will the proposed use provide a service or facility which will <br />contribute to the general well being of the neighborhood or <br />community? <br /> <br />The restaurant provides a service to the surrounding <br />properties, the community and commuters in the area. It <br />contributes to the well being of the of the neighborhood <br />by maintaining a clean and safe environment. <br /> <br />will the proposed use under the circumstances of the <br />particular case be detrimental to the health, safety or <br />general welfare of persons residing or working in the <br />vicinity? <br /> <br />The proposed late night operation will not be detrimental <br />to persons residing and working in the area as the use, <br />as conditioned, will not create any negative or adverse <br />impacts such as noise or loitering. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />development of property in the surrounding area? <br /> <br />The restaurant assists in the economic viability of the <br />area by providing a service to residents, business owners <br />and commuter. This use is a revenue source for the City <br />and contributes to the economic health of the entire area <br />by complementing current businesses and their customers, <br />as well as attracting new customers to this area. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in this chapter for such use? <br /> <br />The restaurant complies with all regulations and <br />conditions specified in the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use not adversely affect the general plan of <br />the city or any specific plan applicable to the area of the <br />proposed use? <br /> <br />The restaurant zoning, use and other applicable items are <br />in compliance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A - ' <br /> <br /> <br />
