Conditional Use Permit No. <br />February 20, 1996 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />95-30 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 95-30 be approved, the project <br />shall comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform <br />Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable <br />regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. planninq Division <br /> <br />1. Ail proposed site improvements shall conform with Site <br /> Plan Review DP 95-70, unless amended by staff. <br /> <br />2. The hours of operation for the eating establishment shall <br /> be limited to the following hours: <br /> <br />Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. <br />Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. <br />Sunday 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />to 2:00 a.m. <br />to 4:00 a.m. <br />to 3:00 a.m. <br /> <br />3. Any changes to the hours of operation for the restaurant <br /> must be reviewed by the Planning Manager. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 95-30 will be reviewed in six <br />months after approval by City Council of the after hour <br />operations. <br /> <br />B. Police Department <br /> <br />The existing parking lot must conform with the provisions <br />of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (Building Security Ordinance). These code <br />conditions will require that the existing project's <br />lighting, and addressing be upgraded to current code <br />standards. Lighting standards cannot be located in <br />required landscape planters. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the <br />premises free of graffiti. All graffiti shall be removed <br />within 24 hours of occurrence. <br /> <br />3. Ail pay telephones shall be located inside the premises. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed at six <br />months, at one year and then annually thereafter by the <br />Police Department for any modification to the conditions <br />of approval. <br /> <br />Window displays must be kept to a minimum for maximum <br />visibility and shall not exceed 25 percent of window <br />coverage. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />
