RESOLUTION NO. 96- 019 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE CONFLICT <br />OF INTEREST CODES OF CERTAIN CITY <br />AGENCIES AND DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the various offices, agencies and departments of the <br />City of Santa Ana have maintained Conflict of Interest Codes <br />pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974 (California Government <br />Code sections 81000 et seq.) since the enactment of that law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the last comprehensive revision of the Conflict of <br />Interest Codes of the various offices, agencies and departments of <br />the City is set forth in city Council Resolution No. 94-008, <br />adopted March 7, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain agencies and departments of the City now <br />desire to amend their Conflict of Interest Codes in certain <br />respects; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Finance and <br />Management Services Agency set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Fire <br />Department set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Library <br />Department set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 4. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Personnel <br />Services Department set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Agency <br />herein, <br /> <br /> The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Public Works <br />set forth in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 6. Except as amended hereinabove, the provisions of <br />Resolution No. 94-008 of the City Council shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
