REPEALED BY: ORO~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 98-0 3 ~ <br /> <br />CL: 7/27/98 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE CONFLICT OF <br />INTEREST CODES OF CERTAIN CITY AGENCIES AND <br />DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the various offices, agencies and departments of the City of Santa Ana have <br />maintained Conflict of Interest Codes pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974 (California <br />Government Code sections 81000 et seq.)since the enactment of that law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the last comprehensive revision of the Conflict of Interest Codes of the various <br />offices, agencies and departments of the City is set forth in City Council Resolution No. 96-019, <br />adopted March 4, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain agencies and departments of the City now desire to amend their <br />Conflict of Interest Codes in certain respects; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the City Manager's Office set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporatedherein, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the City Clerk's Office set forth in <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 3. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the City Attorney's Office set forth in <br />Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 4. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Community Development Agency set <br />forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 5. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Finance and Management Services <br />Agency set forth in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 6. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Fire Department set forth in Exhibit F, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 7. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Library Department set forth in <br />Exhibit G, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 8. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Agency set forth in Exhibit H, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> 9. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Personnel Department set forth in <br />Exhibit I, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 10. The amended Conflict of Interest Code of the Planning and Building Agency set <br />forth in Exhibit J, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> I 1.
