054RESOLUTION 96-044 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. <br />April 15, 1996 <br />Page i of 2 <br /> <br />96-08 <br /> <br />Conditions for ~Dmrov~l <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 96-08 be approved, the project shall <br />comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it <br />shall meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Planninq Division <br /> <br />1. Remove. all illegal signage including window and awning <br /> slgnage. <br /> <br />2. Remove exterior public phones. <br /> <br />3. Remove tables and return outdoor dining patio to its <br /> original use as a sidewalk. <br /> <br />4. Remove illegal exterior decorative lighting. <br /> <br />5. Obtain building permit for awning on south <br /> remove. <br /> <br />elevation or <br /> <br />Upgrade front setback landscaping in northeast corner. <br />Reseed grass and add sidewalk or a stone walkway to prevent <br />future deterioration. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 96-08 will expire 18 months upon <br />approval with City Council. <br /> <br />B. Police Department <br /> <br />The existing parking lot, within 60 feet of the restaurant <br />must conform with the provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, <br />Division 3 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code (Building <br />Security Ordinance). <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the <br />premises free of graffiti. A1 graffiti shall be removed <br />within 24 hours of occurrence. <br /> <br />Cash register must be visible from the street at all times <br />and shall not be obstructed at any time by temporary or <br />permanent signage. <br /> <br />Window displays must be kept to a minimum for maximum <br />visibility and shall not exceed 25 percent of window <br />coverage. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />
