It <br />contributes to the well being of the neighborhood by <br />maintaining a clean and safe environment. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Will the proposed use under the circumstances of the particular <br />case be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity? <br /> <br />The proposed continuance of late night operations will not <br />be detrimental to persons residing and working in the area. <br />The use, as conditioned, will not create any negative or <br />adverse impacts such as noise or loitering. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />development of property in the surrounding area? <br /> <br />The restaurant assists in the economic viability of the <br />area by providing a service to residents, business owners <br />and commuters, This use is a revenue source for the City <br />and contributes to the economic health of the entire area <br />by complementing current businesses and their customers, as <br />well as attracting new customers to this area. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in this chapter for such use? <br /> <br />The restaurant complies with all regulations and conditions <br />specified in the Santa Ana Municipal Code. ~ <br /> <br />Eo <br /> <br />Will the proposed use not adversely affect the general plan of <br />the City or any specific plan applicable to the area of the <br />proposed use? <br /> <br />The restaurant zoning, use and other applicable items are <br />in compliance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
