Conditional Use Permit No. <br />May 6, 1996 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />96-10 <br /> <br />Con~itions for Approval <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 96-010 be approved, the project <br />shall comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the <br />Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. In <br />addition, it shall meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Plnnning Division <br /> <br />Ail proposed site improvements shall conform with Site Plan <br />Review No. DP 96-002, unless amended by staff. <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit No. 96-10 will be reviewed in six <br /> months after approval by city Council of the after hour <br /> operations. <br /> <br />B. Polio® DePartment <br /> <br />The existing parking lot, within 60 feet of the restaurant <br />must conform with the provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, <br />Division 3 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code (Building <br />Security Ordinance). Lighting in the parking lot shall be <br />directed/positioned (shielded) in such a manner so as not <br />to unreasonably illuminate the window area of nearby <br />residents. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the <br />premises free of graffiti. All graffiti shall be removed <br />within 24 hours of occurrence. ~ <br /> <br />Cash register must be visible from the street at all times <br />and shall not be obstructed at any time by temporary or <br />permanent signage. <br /> <br />Window displays must be kept to a minimum for maximum <br />visibility and shall not exceed 25 percent of window <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Window displays and racks must be kept to a maximum height <br />of three feet including merchandise and cannot obstruct the <br />cashiers view. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no coin operated games maintained on the <br /> premises at any time. <br /> <br />7.
