Coordinate with the County's Environmental Management Agency to <br />ensure Orange County Flood Control District facilities are not significantly <br />affected. <br /> <br />Coordinate with the RWQCB to ensure compliance and consistency with <br />policies and regulations of the RWQCB's Santa Ana Region Water Quality <br />Control Basin Plan. <br /> <br />Incorporate special construction notes as recommended in Orange County's <br />Drainage Area Management Plan (DAMP)-New Development Appendix. <br /> <br />Incorporate Federal EPA]NOAA guidance measures for coastal nonpoint <br />source pollution into project designs. <br /> <br />/ncorporate appropriate measures from the State Municipal BMP Manual <br />and ensure non-structural BMPs are consistent with the DAMP-New <br />Development Appendix. <br /> <br />Prepare long-term post-construction Master Water Quality Management <br />Plans (WQMP) that describe commitments to installing and maintaining <br />structural facilities.
