468 <br /> <br />F~cts <br /> <br />Future applicants, prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, shall install <br />energy-consen, ing appliances and implement Title 24 (California Administrative <br />Code) requirements. <br /> <br />Future applicants, prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, shall show proof <br />to the City, that SCAQMD and SCAG TCMs, including ridesharing programs, <br />traffic flow improvements, parking management, and land use strategies, transit <br />programs, and non-motorized strategies have been implemented to the greatest <br />extent feasible. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECT <br /> <br />NOISE <br /> <br />Noise impacts associated with construction activities would not be significant with <br />mitigation. <br /> <br />Finding <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in and incorporated into the project which <br />avoid the above significant effect. <br /> <br />Facts <br /> <br />Future contractors, throughout construction activities, shall ensure the following <br />to the greatest extent possible: <br /> <br />Ensure that all construction mid general maintenance activities, except in <br />an emergency, be limited to the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday <br />through Saturday.
