027 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N°. 97-008 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THk CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA REVISING THE CONSERVATION BASED WATER <br />RATES ESTABLISHED UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 96-036, <br />EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1997. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />1. That the following revisions to the Conservation <br /> Based Water Rates established under Resolution No. <br /> 96-036 shall be implemented with billing and <br /> collection commencing on July 1, 1997. <br /> <br />The summer and winter season base rate allocation of 2500 and <br />2000 cubic feet per month are replaced by a uniform base rate <br />allocation of 2200 cubic feet per month to be applied <br />throughout the year. <br /> <br />The following rate structure will be applied to <br />metered multifamily residential complexes, <br />duplexes, triplexes, apartments, and condominiums. <br /> <br />all master <br /> including <br /> <br />The bi-monthly service charge shall be $4.20 per dwelling <br />unit in the complex. This charge shall be in lieu of the <br />meter sized based service charge. Each complex shall receive <br />a monthly allocation of water at the base rate equal to 1,300 <br />cubic feet per dwelling unit in the complex. <br /> <br />For complexes with more than one meter providing domestic <br />and/or irrigation service, the monthly allocation of water at <br />the base rate shall be evenly divided among all serviceable <br />accounts to allow for full benefit of the allocation to the <br />customer. <br /> <br /> <br />
