Potential impacts <br />will be reduced to a less than significant level through implementation of the following mitigation <br />measure: <br /> <br />The site shall be evaluated by a geotechnical engineer and all structures should be subject <br />to specific structural review for potential damage from liquefaction. Measures identified to <br />safeguard against damage shall be incorporated into project design. <br /> <br />}V.d TER RESOURCES <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />The development of the multMevel parking structure in Phase II will be developed on a parcel that <br />is in the 100-year floodplain of Santiago Creek, as designated by the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency (FEMA).
