SECTION 2 <br /> <br />PROGRAM MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />The Mitigation Monitoring Program (MMP) for the development of the Home Place Shopping <br />Cemer project will be in place throughout all phases of the project, including design, construction <br />and operation. The above-noted designated "monitors" shall oversee <br />elements of the MMP and review compliance through the use of compliance verification forms to <br />be developed by the City and supported by the Environmental Coordinator.
