That Section 3.1 ("Special Compensation Provisions") of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Amending special compensation designation "(kk)" to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(kk) An incumbent in the class of Customer Service <br />Representative who, at the discretion of the appointing authority, <br />is regularly and continuously assigned to serve in a "lead <br />supervisory" capacity, will be paid an additional ten (10) salary <br />rate ranges (five percent) above the current base monthly salary <br />step to which he or she would otherwise be entitled." <br /> <br /> b. Adding the following assignment pay differential <br />designation "(mm)" to the list of special pay provisions: <br /> <br /> "(mm) An incumbent in the class of Employment Services <br />Assistant who, at the discretion of the appointing authority, is <br />regularly and continuously assigned to serve in a "lead <br />supervisory" capacity, will be paid an additional ten (10) salary <br />rate ranges (five percent) above the current base monthly salary <br />step to which he or she would otherwise be entitled." <br /> <br /> c.
