· · 323 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-46A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY AS HISTORICAL PROPERTY FOR <br />INCLUSION IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REGISTER OF HISTORIC PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has <br />provided, in Chapter 30 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, for the <br />maintenance of the City of Santa Ana Register of Historical <br />Property to include such property as the City Council determines <br />to have architectural or historical significance in accordance <br />with the standards set forth in Section 30-2 of said Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the designation of such property as Historical <br />Property promotes rehabilitation by allowing the application of <br />the State Historical Building Code, potential tax benefits, and <br />eligibility for rehabilitation loans and programs; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The following properties are found to meet the <br />standards for historical or architectural significant properties, <br />and are hereby designated as Historical Properties, pursuant to <br />Section 30-2 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. The Clerk of the <br />Council is hereby authorized to place the following designated <br />Historical Properties on a list, maintained by the Clerk of the <br />Council, and included in the City of Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Property: <br /> <br /> The following list of structures constitutes the revised <br />Santa Aha Register of Historical Property. The first 126 <br />structures were ranked in importance by the Historical Resources <br />Review Committee.
