^0 RESOLUTION 6B-62 · Mayor Hall opened the hearing on proposed 17TH STRmm-' TRAFFIC channelization of traffic on 17th Street, CONTROL Spurgeon to Durant, and Olive to Helio- trope, to provide left t,mrn lanes with attendant "no parking" zones. Mayor Hall called for testimony, and Council heard Donald So Osen, President of the Seventeenth Street Association speak in support of the staff recommendation. On motion of COunCilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilm-n Schlueter and carried, the letter presented by Mr. Sse n was received and ordered filed° There being no further testimony, the hearing was closed.
