155 <br /> <br />GAS: 7/6/98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98- 026 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 15648, A <br />MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MITIGATION <br />MONITORING PROGRAM FOR A 77 LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED <br />AT 2828 NORTH BRISTOL STREET (TTM NO. 15648) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 15648 has been filed to subdivide <br />an existing 15.83 acre parcel into 77 lots, for the development of a <br />gated residential community located at 2828 North Bristol Street (the <br />~Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the design and improvement proposed for Tentative Tract Map <br />No. 15648 is consistent with the objectives, policies, general land uses, <br />and programs specified in the City of Santa Aha General Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Evaluator of <br />prepared a mitigated negative declaration <br />program for the Project; and <br /> <br />the City Of Santa Ana has <br />and mitigation monitoring <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha held a <br />duly noticed public hearing on June 8, 1998, on Tentative Tract Map No. <br />15648, and based thereon, recommended that this Council approve the map <br />for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council held a duly noticed public hearing, on July 6, <br />1998, on Tentative Tract Map No. 15648 for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, <br />this Council finds and determines as follows: <br /> <br />The Project, as conditioned, and its design and improvements are <br />consistent with the Low Density Residential designation on the <br />General Plan and are otherwise consistent with all other elements of <br />the General Plan. <br /> <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 15648 is consistent with the land use <br />designation and density prescribed in the General Plan and will <br />have no adverse affect on the surrounding land uses in the <br />area. <br /> <br />B. The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br /> requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes as well as other <br /> applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br /> <br />
