The site had <br />previously been developed with a large multi-family <br />residential project that drained to the river bed, this <br />same system will be utilized for the new project. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br />There will be direct discharge of run-off water into the <br />Santa Ana River. Due the increase in permeable ground <br />associated with the proposed residential project, there <br />will be less discharge than from the previous <br />development.
