173 ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION ER # 98-047 PROJECT TITLE: BROCK HOMES 72 UNIT SUBDIVISION PROJECT ADDRESS: 2828 NORTH BRISTOL STREET June 8, 1998 PAGE 6 The project site is adjacent to the Santa Ana River; however, no new drainage is proposed. The site had previously been developed with a large multi-family residential project that drained to the river bed, this same system will be utilized for the new project. Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. There will be direct discharge of run-off water into the Santa Ana River. Due the increase in permeable ground associated with the proposed residential project, there will be less discharge than from the previous development. No adverse impacts are anticipated.
