The project site is <br />adjacent to the Santa Ana River; however, no new drainage <br />is proposed. The site had previously been developed with <br />a large multi-family residential project that drained to <br />the river bed, this same system will be utilized for the <br />new project. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br />The proposed project may create a change in surface <br />drainage patterns or absorption. The city of Santa Ana <br />Public Works Agency has identified mitigation to lessen <br />this impact to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the <br />applicant shall submit a surface drainage plan <br />showing the direction and means of flow. The plan <br />is to include existing and proposed elevations at <br />and adjacent to all property lines. Drainage <br />routed to the street must be directed beneath the <br />sidewalk and through the curb. <br /> <br />The proposed project would not produce any significant <br />alterations to the course or flow of flood waters. No <br />impacts are anticipated. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br /> <br />
