It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilm-u Gilmore, that further reading be waived and Resolution 63-94 be adopted. ANNEX Counsel to the City Council in the Newport and Dyer S. E. Annex, presented to Council the settlement agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Irvine Co. and recommaended the addition of a clause to Paragraph 7 of Page ll "except as otherwise as specifically provided in this agreement," and a correction from "62" to "61" on the fifth line free the bott~n of the legal description in Exhibit C. Mr. Hurwitz also submitted the concurrent agreement between the City of Santa Ana, the Irvine Company, and the City of Tustin. On recommendation of Mr. Hurwitz and William French Smith, attorney for The Irvine Co., it was moved by Councilman Gilmore, seconded by Councilman Schlueter, that the settlement agreement and the concurrent agreement be approved and signed by the City Council.
