<br />Council adopted a Minute Order authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for
<br />the receipt of sealed proposals for refuse collection services, to be opened on

<br />Santiago Avenue, submitting her resignation from the Board of Recreation and
<br />Parks and directed that a Certificate of Appreciation be prepared.

<br />ROBINSON King Street, who presented a letter request-
<br /> ing waiver of condition imposed by the
<br /> City Council in granting Variance 1715;
<br />Vice-Mayor Hubbard explained that since the ten-day period for filing a protest
<br />had lapsed, the Council could take no action. On motion of Councilm-n .Harvey,
<br />seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council received and brdered filed
<br />Mr. Robinson's letter.
