HEARING - 5TN & S.A. Vice-Nayor Hubbard opened the heari~ on <br />RIVER SE ANNEX the proposed annexatim of territory <br /> desisted ,~tTH STREET AND SANTA ANA <br /> RIVER SE AIII~EX". The Clerk reported that <br />proper notice of the hearing was published and mailed as required by law, that <br />evidence 2hereof was on file, and that no written protests had been received. <br />There be~ no response to the call for testimony, the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />RES. 63-108 RESOLUTION 63-108 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY <br />5TH & S.A. ANNEX PROTEST HAS NOT RRRN MADE AGAINST ABa~TION <br /> OF TERRITOEY DESIGNATED "FIF£n STREET AND <br /> SANTA ANA RIVER - S.E. ANNEX" was read <br />0y title. It was moved by Councilman Harvey, seconded by Councilm-n Schlueter <br />that Further reading be waived and Resolution 63-108 be adopted.
