Dale Heinly, <br />611 W. 8th Street, attorney representing the applicant, agreed to accept CD <br />zonl~. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Harvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br />City Council approved the reclassification frc~ R 1 to CD and instructed the <br />City Attorney to prepare an a~ending ordinance. <br /> <br />HEARING - EAST FIRST Vice-Mayor Hubbard opened the hearing on the <br />STREET ANNEX ~3 proposed a-nexation of territory designated <br /> EAST FIRST S~e~'i· AI~EX ~3- The Clerk reported <br /> that proper notice of the hearing was published <br />and mailed as required by law, that evidence thereof was on file, and that no <br />written protests had been received.
