The orig~l request for reclassific- ation to C 1 had been cb-~ed to a request for OD zc~u~, which w~s approved by the Planning C.m~,lssi~n's Resolution 5629 dated June 10, 1~63. Dale Heinly, 611 W. 8th Street, attorney representing the applicant, agreed to accept CD zonl~. On motion of Councilman Harvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, City Council approved the reclassification frc~ R 1 to CD and instructed the City Attorney to prepare an a~ending ordinance. HEARING - EAST FIRST Vice-Mayor Hubbard opened the hearing on the STREET ANNEX ~3 proposed a-nexation of territory designated EAST FIRST S~e~'i· AI~EX ~3- The Clerk reported that proper notice of the hearing was published and mailed as required by law, that evidence thereof was on file, and that no written protests had been received. There being no response to the call for testimony, the hearing was closed.
