1. Adopts the "Grant for Blocks" Program, and <br /> <br /> 2. Authorizes the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to receive and <br />review recommendations from the Steering Committee of the Community Development Resource <br />Network, and ultimately give approval as to which organizations or groups should be the recipients <br />of the grants, and <br /> <br /> 3.
