'105 <br /> <br />GAS: 5/27/99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-027 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE TP~ACT MAP NO. 15805, TO <br />SUBDIVIDE 5 ACRES INTO 20 PARCELS TO ACCOMMODATE 40 <br />PAIRED SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED ~OMES LOCATED AT 2700 <br />WEST ALTON AVENUE (TTM NO. 15805) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 15805 has been filed to subdivide <br />an existing 5 acre parcel into 20 parcels, for the development of a 40 <br />paired single family attached homes located at 2700 West Alton Avenue <br />(the ~Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the design and improvement proposed for Tentative Tract Map <br />No. 15805 is consistent with the objectives, policies, general land uses, <br />and programs specified in the City of Santa Ana General Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Evaluator of <br />prepared a mitigated negative declaration <br />program for the Project; and <br /> <br />the City Of Santa Aha has <br />and mitigation monitoring <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha held a <br />duly noticed public hearing on May 10, 1999, on Tentative Tract Map No. <br />15805, and based thereon, recommended that this Council approve the map <br />for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council held a duly noticed public hearing on <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 15805 for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the a~ovesaid hearing, <br />this Council finds and determines as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Low Medium Density Residential <br />land use designation of the General Plan and are otherwise <br />consistent with all other elements of the General Plan and any <br />applicable specific plans. <br /> <br />The proposed 40 unit attached single family style project at <br />7.56 dwelling units per acre is consistent with the Low Medium <br />Density Residential land use designation of the General Plan. <br />The project as designed and conditioned is consistent with all <br />other elements of the General Plan and any applicable specific <br />plans. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes, as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br /> <br />
