For such itetns for which a regular established price is unavailable, the <br />Department Head, in collaboration with the Executive Director of Finance & Management Services, may <br />establish a price consistent with the cost of printing and preparation thereof. The Executive Director of Finance <br />& Management Services shah report such exceptions to the City Manager.
