RESOLUTION 99-030 REVENUE ACCOUNT 911 5912 5913 5914 5915 5918 DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE SPECIAL I~WESTIGATION FEE A special investigation fee shall be charged by the Building Official for any investigation of a building structural work, reports, certification, or any other related work requested by an owner or his authorized agem. Said fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $55.00 per hour but in no case shall be less than $55.00.
