Resolution No. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />99-066 <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />GAS: 10/1/99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-066.1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP <br />NO. 99-108, TO SUBDIVIDE A 3.3 ACRE LOT INTO <br />SIX PARCELS LOCATED AT 1601 EAST SEVENTEENTH <br />STREET (TPM NO. 99-108) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-108 has been filed to <br />subdivide an existing 3.3 acre parcel into 6 lots, located at 1601 <br />E. Seventeenth Street (the ~Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the design and improvement proposed for Tentative <br />Parcel Map No. 99-108 is consistent with the objectives, policies, <br />general land uses, and programs specified in the City of Santa Aha <br />General Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Evaluator of the City Of Santa Ana <br />has prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Monitoring <br />Program for Environmental Review No. 99-15, pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act, for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public <br />hearing, on September 13, 1999, on Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-108 <br />for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />hearing, this Council finds and determines as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and it's design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Professional <br />Administrative Office land use designation of the General <br />Plan and are otherwise consistent with all other elements of <br />the General Plan and any applicable specific plans. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision is consistent with the <br />Professional Administrative Office designation and will <br />have no adverse affect on the surrounding office and <br />commercial development. <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all <br />applicable requirements of the zoning and Subdivision Codes, <br />as well as other applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
