Shift exchanges between two incumbents of the class of Fire Battalion <br />Chief (MM) will not qualify for Special Shift Replacement Pay under these provisions. <br /> <br /> c. Under no circumstances will Special Shift Replacement Pay be construed <br />as "overtime pay," as defined under the Fair Labor Standards Act." <br /> <br /> 2. That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of Resolution No. <br />91-066, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3.
