~438 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 0 7 5 <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1999 <br />PAGE 2 OF 4 <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />The subject CC&R's shall be recorded with the County of <br />Orange prior to the Building and Safety Division's <br />approval of construction drawings for building permit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />Fire Department <br /> <br />Prior to construction, any identified underground storage <br />tanks on parcels 1-12 shall comply with Santa Aha Fire <br />Department underground storage tank regulations. <br /> <br />Plannina Division <br /> <br />The project shall follow all mitigation measures as <br />in the Mitigation Monitoring program required <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration ER 99-116. <br /> <br />outlined <br />through <br /> <br />2 o <br /> <br />Billboards on parcels 3 and 4 shall be removed as indicated by-~ <br />the applicant on the approved site plan. <br /> <br />The abandonment of Vance Street shall be completed prior to <br />approval of the final map. <br /> <br />Two copies of the recorded final vesting parcel map, and City <br />approved CC&R's shall be submitted each to the Planning <br />Division, Building Division, and Public WorKs Agency within 10 <br />days of recordation. <br /> <br />The vesting tentative parcel map, final map, and all <br />improvements required to be made or installed by the <br />subdivider shall be in accordance with the requirements and <br />design standards and specifications of the City of Santa Ana <br />and the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />Ail development within the area of the map is subject to <br />development and other applicable fees including permit fees in <br />effect at the time of permit issuance. <br /> <br />Ail development within the area of the map is subject to all <br />design and development standards in effect at the time of ~,, <br />building permit, issuance. <br /> <br /> <br />
