300 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend Council Resolution No. 82-110, and the <br />Fiscal Year 2000-2001 Annual Budget, in order to effect these changes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />That Section 3 of Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by: <br /> <br />adding, in alphabetical sequence, the following class titles at the <br />monthly salary rate ranges shown below: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />6-Step Salary Rate Range (AA-E) Effective 9-16-00 <br /> Annual Salary <br /> No. (Min-Max) <br /> <br />Workforce Specialist I <br />Workforce Specialist Il <br />Workforce Specialist III <br />Workforce Specialist IV <br /> <br />518 <br />543 <br />563 <br />618 <br /> <br />$31,356-40,020) <br />$35,400-45,180) <br />$39,036-49,824) <br />$51,084-65,208) <br /> <br />adjusting the six-step pay level assigned to the classification <br />Graphics Supervisor from Salary Rate Range No. 594 to No. 603 <br />($47,448-60,612 annual salary), effective 7-1-2000. <br /> <br />That Section 3.1 Special Compensation Provisions (Applicable to Full <br />Time Civil Service Employees Only, Unless Otherwise Specified) of <br />Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br />adding the following pay designation "uu" to the list of special <br />compensation provisions: <br /> <br />"(uu) Incumbents in the class of Workforce Specialist II who, at the <br />discretion of the appointing authority, are regularly and continuously <br />assigned to serve in a "lead" supervisory capacity, overseeing the day-to- <br />day operations of an assigned work unit, will be paid an additional ten (10) <br />salary rate ranges (5%) above the current base monthly salary step to <br />which he or she would otherwise be entitled." <br /> <br />adding the following pay designation "vv' to the list of special <br />compensation provisions: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2000-060 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
