AG~IEEMENT On motion of Counci~m-n Hubbard, seconded WATER MAIN by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council authorized execution of an agreement with State of California regarding extension of water main to service Department of Motor Vehicles Building at First and McClay Streets. APPEAL 112 It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, E!~'.'f,k'~ seconded by Councilman Harvey, that a new hearing be set for February 17, 1964, 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on Appeal 112 filed by David E. ~ller frem the Planning Cc~mission's denial of Variance 1834 to construct a 120 unit, one and two story apartment complex on R 1 land at 1901 N. Santiago. Robert Rickles, 611 W. 8th Street, attorney for the appellant, gave consent to the new hearing requested by Messrs.
