<br />Maxwell, 802 W. 8th Street reminded Council of the number of industrial
<br />representatives who had testified' against this application. Hal Wlnter~ 206
<br />W. 4th Street, and Janice Boer, 912 N. Lowell, urged the Council to leave
<br />the industrial zoning intact until the report of the General Plan consultants
<br />is received. Also speaking in opposition were George Moran, representative
<br />of the Southern Pacific Railway Cure, any; Ted Bolte, 1660 S. Mtn,~e; Cameron
<br />Dorsey, 1718 N. Towaer; and H. M. Nichols, 1~05 French Street, Assistant
<br />Superintendent of Santa Aha Unified and Junior College Districts.

<br />Counc~lm-~ Harvey that Council deny the application without prejudice.
