OF SURVEY 350 <br /> <br />Council considered Preliminary Record <br />of Survey 350 filed by Charles Scrofani <br />and others to create four C 2 lots on <br />the east side of Fairview, south of 17th. <br /> <br />Charles Scrofani, 1605 N. Fairview, objected to Condition 3 d in the Pl~n~tug <br />Director's report, stating that the three foot street dedication would make planned <br />development impossible unless he could build in the ten foot rear yard setback <br />area. The Planning Director stated that this could only be accomplished by <br />variance procedure. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilmen Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br />Council approved Preliminary Record of Survey 350 subject to the conditions in <br />the P!ann~ng Director's letter dated February 26, 1964. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~l-~ Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter aud carried, <br />Council waived payment of the $35.00 fee when the variance application is filed <br />because of the circumstances on the Record of Survey <br /> <br />PRE.
