RESOLUTION 2001-074 REVENUE ACCOUNT SECTION X 5911 5912 5913 5914 5915 5918 5912 5913 5914 5915 5918 PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY Ifa plan check fee has been paid and the plan is whhdrawn by the applicant prior to the plan check, refunds of plan check fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal to 100% of the plan check fee in excess of $22.25 paid. In no other case may any plan check fees be refunded. SPECIAL INVESTIGATION FEE A special inveshgation fee shall be charged by the Building Official for any investigation of a building sV;uctural work, ~por~s, certification, or any other related work requested by an owner or his autho6zed agent. Said fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $58.00 per hour but in no case shall be less than $58.00. VIOLATION/INVESTIGATION FEES When any work for which a permit is required has been commenced without the authorization of such permit, an thveshgation may be required before a permit will be issued for such work. ,~ investigation fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for costs actually incurred by the City baaed on a rate of $ 58.00 per hour but in no case less than $58,00 shall be collected.
