RESOLUTION2001-074 <br /> PROPOSED <br />REVENUE FEES <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTM~NT/IVDSCELLANKOU~EE ORSERVICE UNIT FY01~2 <br /> <br />SECTION X PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br /> <br />5911 BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $2.75 <br />towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br />equal to $19.75 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be <br />done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. <br />There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for <br />single family residences and duplexes. The minimum total <br />fee for issuance of a permit for all other uses shall be $58.00. <br /> <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the l~rmit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the <br />International Conference of Building Official.
