RESOLUTION 2001-074 <br /> PROPOSED <br /> FEES <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />A~CnUNT <br /> <br />SECTION X <br /> <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br /> <br />PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br /> <br />Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the plumbing <br />pc*mit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br /> <br />GRADING PERMITS <br /> <br />5918 <br /> <br />Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building <br />Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $2.75 <br />towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br />equal to $19.75 plus the sum oftbe fees for the work to be done <br />under the permit as set forth in the following schedule: <br /> <br />(Note: A grading permit fee is separate from and additional <br />to thc fees for any other permit which may be <br />required by code provisions.) <br /> <br />5918 <br /> <br />5918 <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1) Grading Permit: <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />a. One and Two S.F.D. <br />b. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, <br /> Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br /> Similar Construction <br /> c. Non-Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres <br /> d. Non-Residential Site 2 Acres and More <br /> e. Preliminary Grading Permit, Underground Tank <br /> Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination <br />f.
