Section 2. The City Councils of the Corridor Cities resolve to request that, on <br />February 26, 2002, the Orange County board of supervisors certify EIR 582 and <br />approve a Settlement Agreement amendment consistent with Scenario 1. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
