Section 2: That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2001-2002, as amended, be <br />further amended by reallocating one (1) Senior Management Assistant (Exempt) (UC) <br />position to the existing Administrative Management classification of Assistant to the City <br />Manager (AM). <br /> <br /> Section 3: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by changing the following existing classification titles at no change to <br />the six-step salary rate ranges currently assigned: <br /> <br />From <br />Associate Engineer <br />Associate Engineer <br />Associate Engineer <br />Associate Engineer/Transportation (T) <br />Survey Supervisor <br /> <br /> ?_9o <br />Senior Civil Engineer* <br />Senior Traffic Engineer* <br />Senior Engineer* <br />Senior Traffic Engineer <br />Senior Land Surveyor <br /> <br />*Incumbents in the classification of Associate Engineer will be placed in the <br />Senior Engineer classification title that reflects the specialty area in which they <br />have received State certification. <br /> <br /> Section 4: That Section 3B of Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by changing the following existing unrepresented Middle Management <br />classification titles, at no change to the fifteen-step salary rate ranges currently <br />assigned: <br /> <br />From <br />Senior Civil Engineer (MM) <br />Construction Engineer (MM) <br />Traffic Engineer (MM) <br /> <br />T._go <br />Principal Civil Engineer (MM) <br />Principal Civil Engineer (MM) <br />City Traffic Engineer (MM) <br /> <br /> Section 5: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolutions No. 82-110, as amended, No. 91-066, as amended, and the FY 2001-2002 <br />Annual Budget, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 6: That except as stated otherwise above, this Resolution shall be <br />operative from and after its date of adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 200~~. <br /> <br /> ^. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-011 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
