Main. E~INGER STREET PROJECT The City Manager reported on the clearance of right of way for the improvement of Ed~_~ger Street, noting that sc~e of the buildings sold at auction, with the requirement that they be removed Before June 1, 196~, have not yet been removed, and requested a Council directive that they be removed ~mmediately~ inasmuch as the project is ready to be put to bid. On motion of Councilman Hubbe~d, seconded by Councilmau Schlueter and carried, the City Council ordered that the owners of the buildings shall remove the buildings f~x~th; otherwise, the City shall proceed with the demolition of the buildings and the cost of such demolition shall be applied against the F~rchase price of the owners.
