Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Earry N. Rarvey, James Gilmore, Henry H. Schlueter, and Mayor A. Allen Hall. Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was delivered by the Reverend George F~nzing, Trinity United Presbyterian Church.
