HEARING - A.A. 50~ Mayor Hall opened the hearing em Amendment .VALENTINE Application 50~ filed by V. L. Valentine to amend Sectional District Map 1-5-10 by reclassifying fro~ the R 3 to the C 2 district property em the west side of Main between Arnett Drive and Santa Ama Freeway. Planning C~ission Resolution 5690 recommended approval. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing wes published in The Register on June 5, 196~ am~ that no written communicaticms or objections had ~een receive~. There being no resp~ase to the call for testimony, the hearing wes closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbaaxl, seconded hy Councilman Harvey ~ carrie~, Council approved the reclassification and instructed the City Attorney to ~repere an amending ordinance &ccording to Exhibit AA 50~ A. Capasso to amend Sectional District Map 7-5-9 by reclassifying fram the R 3 and R 1 to the C 5 district, property on the east side of Gran~ between ~th a~d 6th. Planning C.~.-fssion Resolution 5691 recommended approval of Exhibit AA 505 B~ which would reclassify to the C 5 and R 1 B ~istricts. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was published in The Register on June 5, 196~ smd that no written c ....... ~nications or objections had heed received. There being no response to the call for testimony, the hearing wes closed..
